In recent years, there has been a huge increase in the number of minors seeking “gender affirming care” from gender clinics.

As reported in The Daily Telegraph late last year:

“There were 2067 young people attending public [gender] clinics in 2021 [in Australia], almost 10 times the number in 2014, when there were 211 children. The number of under 18s being prescribed puberty suppressing drugs shot up from five in 2014 to 624 in 2019…”

However, many “detransitioners” are now speaking out, as you may have seen on a recent Channel 7 Spotlight news special.

In Australia, people under 18 cannot drink alcohol, vote in an election or watch R rated movies, yet in certain circumstances they can receive surgical procedures and puberty blocking drugs.

That’s why I have introduced the Childhood Gender Transition Prohibition Bill 2023 to ban using puberty-blocking drugs and surgical interventions that are intended to transition a minor’s biological sex, as well as end taxpayer funding for clinics that provide such services.

Say NO to the Communications Legislation Amendment (Combatting Misinformation and Disinformation) Bill, a Bill I call the “Ministry of Truth”

The Labor government wants to penalise so-called mis and dis information with fines of up to $550,000 for individuals.

This is despite the fact that much of what they called mis and dis information through Covid has been proven to be completely true, as recent documents accessed through a Freedom of Information request from my office revealed.

Furthermore, the government wants to penalise content that causes “serious harm.” Of course, what that means is not defined, so it could mean anything.

The term “Orwellian” may get overused, but it applies to this Bill. The government is essentially seeking to establish its own Ministry of Truth.

Do you know what your school is teaching you kids!?

During the last Parliamentary sitting period I spoke in the Senate about a woke social credit scheme being run in a South Australian public school.

The fact is that many schools in our state and across the country have become woefully “woke,” as the left’s long march through the institutions has been very successful.

Some state schools appear to be training our kids in left-wing, identity-politics activism with a false view of Australian history that shames our heritage, and they are bombarded with Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity propaganda.

Many parents either don’t know what their kids are being taught or even worse, might be too scared to raise it if they do.

Enough is enough. It’s time to bring this ideology into the light so that parents are informed about what is taking place within school walls.

I am calling on parents, Department of Education employees, teachers, and even school students to contact me through my private ProtonMail Email to reveal any examples of what might be called “woke” indoctrination practices in South Australian schools, whether it be curriculum documents, worksheets and class exercises, library books, and any other examples of what you believe is simply inappropriate for children.

Nationwide, hundreds of babies are born alive following abortion procedures.

In many Australian states, doctors are not even required to provide medical assistance to children born alive following an abortion.

These babies are left to gasp for breath until they die.  They deserve the same rights and medical treatment as any other human being.

That’s why I have joined with Senator Matt Canavan and Senator Babet to introduce the former Member for Dawson George Christensen’s Human Rights (Children Born Alive Protection) Bill 2022 into the Senate.

The Labor government wants to take your most sensitive personal data.

They want to cram it into a central government-run database – the perfect target for a hacker.

They want to generate a ‘digital identity’ with this data.

Then they will force you to use this ‘digital identity’ to transact online or access online services.

The worst part? This is the first step in a Chinese-style social credit system.

If you don’t toe the line, your ‘digital identity’ could be cancelled, meaning you’d be cut off from the world of online services that people now rely on.

This is a fundamental threat to your freedom and our democracy.

This transparency should be one of Parliament’s highest priorities.

Australia’s Parliament deserves freedom from foreign influence.

You’ve seen that there are many international organisations which say they want to solve the world’s problems.

They claim to be striving to end global poverty or saving the environment.

But are they just trying to sell their agenda for change by influencing the policies of national governments?

The World Economic Forum is one such body.

It is a grouping of the wealthy and powerful from politics, big business including Klaus Schwab, George Soros, Al Gore, and even Greta Thunberg and it met in Davos in May.

World leaders such as Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern are both former World Economic Forum Young Global Leaders. 

Shouldn’t this be known by the public?

If you as a voter had known information like this about your politicians, would you still have voted for them?

Australian politicians should be required to disclose their association with these organisations.

Recent polling shows that 64% of people in South Australia believe the ABC is one-sided, with only 37% believing it to be accurate and impartial.

The ABC was once a trusted source of news for Australians, but our national broadcaster is no longer as impartial as they say, with a distinct left-wing agenda all too apparent in much of their reporting and other broadcasting.

It’s time to review how the taxpayer-funded ABC operates and make sure they are delivering fair and accurate information to all Australians.

I want an ombudsman established to monitor the operations of the ABC so we can have a national broadcaster that speaks for all Australians.
